So Long Insecurity - Week Two
"We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain, where Jesus, who went before us, has entered on our behalf. He has become a high priest forever, in the order of Mechizedek." (Hebrews 6:19-20)
Praise GOD we have a hope! Jesus Christ is our hope and anchors us like a ship anchor holding it safely in position. He is our security! I pray that as we continue our study together, we hold fast to Jesus and allow Him to reveal His Word to our hearts. Sweet Ones, we have a hope! Let's cling to the anchor of our souls and be open to what He wants us to learn this week.
Beth Moore's Instructions for week two:
"OK, so let's get to our discussions for Week Two. Read or thoroughly review CHAPTERS THREE and FOUR then answer the questions that follow this paragraph.
1. Based on Chapter Three, what tends to be your own "Prominent False Positive"?
2. What is the challenge stated at the very end of Chapter Three? (I want us to see this restated in our comments hundreds of times so it breaks into our belief systems. It is critical to our journey. SO, I don't care how many times you've seen it written on this post, write it again for yourself. That's your mama talking.)
3. Based on Chapter Four, what Biblical figure (or statement about him/her) resonated with you most and why?
That's it for this week! I can't wait to see your answers. Remember, you have until next Thursday morning to answer your questions. I care so much, Ladies. You are a tremendous inspiration to me. May Christ meet you in your tasks and concerns today. He loves you lavishly."
Journey Girls, I am praying for you this week. If you just got your book or just started this study, don't worry! You will be able to catch up quickly. I am so blessed to be in this study with you and I love each of you so very much!! I can't wait to hear from you this week!
Love you,
Elisabeth
